If you find a lower rate on another website, submit a Claim within 24 hours of booking your original reservation with us.
The lower rate on the other website, which we need to be able to verify, must be for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable and bookable on the other website.
If we can verify that your claim meets all the rules for our Lowest Price Guarantee program, we'll honor the lower rate.
Price Match claims can result in a forfeiture of some/all of the Exclusive Complimentary Perks on your original booking. That said, we got your back! We will always do our best to keep your booking enhanced with extra value, on a case by case basis.
