Will I be charged by the hotel immediately upon booking?

In most cases, your credit card is used only to "guarantee" your reservation. You are typically billed upon check-out. Note: Some resorts may require a nominal deposit, and a non-refundable transaction fee applies to online and agent-assisted bookings.

Is it safe to use my credit card on WhataHotel.com?

What is the cancellation policy?

How do I make special requests or change my reservation?

Special requests (bed types, anniversaries, etc.) can be entered during the online booking process. To change or cancel a reservation, you can email Reservations@WhataHotel.com or use the "Booking History" section in your user profile.

Can more than two adults stay in one room?

Occupancy limits vary by property. King rooms usually accommodate two, while "Two Double" rooms can often hold four. Note that hotels may apply a surcharge for an additional rollaway bed.

Can I book flights, cars, or tours through you?

Yes. Once your hotel booking is complete, your confirmation page will provide direct links to add flights, car rentals, and curated sightseeing tours to your itinerary.
