The COVID-19 pandemic is shaping up to be the biggest test the modern travel industry has ever faced. That said, the vast majority of our partner properties have implemented extremely lenient policies, that should make you feel comfortable to make a change to an upcoming booking without having to worry about the implications. These policies are in place with the intention to let you hold off on canceling a booking prematurely, and allow you to make an informed, "Go/No-Go" decision based on the real time updates from your local authorities, medical centers and health institutes.
Finally, as flexible as our hotels & resort are being with existing bookings - these same partners are being equally lenient with new reservations.
